In the last article we high-lighted how governor Arny is thee worst governor in the history of California. Today he solidified that assertion by ordering state workers in California to be paid the federal minimum wage until a budget is signed.
Fortunately, the state controller John Chiang has stated he will refuse that illegal order until the courts have figured it all out. And until there is a final ruling. From day one, Arnold has been trying to defeat the powerful unions. Especially the CCPOA. But in every court battle and instance, the unions seem to topple him.
With mounting anger and frustration, the governor has been making unsound decisions. And this order to illegally cut state workers pay will be refused by the state controller. It will be interesting to see how it all plays out.
