I'm not sure why experts seem to think that having the words F*CK You painted on her nails will get her a tougher sentence. And what experts exist that make guesses on nails and sentences?
I'm just sick of how the courts are giving Lohan a hard time just because shes a celebrity. I think shes a sweet girl who maybe needs some help with her drinking. But shes definitely not a criminal.
And I don't think having a certain painting on her nails should cause her to get a tougher sentence. That's just idiotic on the judge's part if he/she does that.
