Are illegals infesting U.S. military bases?

Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio is warning that illegal aliens may have gained access to a U.S. Army installation in Arizona that also serves as the nation's largest military intelligence-training center.

"I have deep concerns that people who come into our country illegally have managed to gain access onto an active U.S. military installation," Arpaio said in a statement today. "This cause for concern goes well beyond the argument that people are only committing the crime of wanting to work in this country."

Heartache, anger ??

STOCKTON - Emotions ran high at City Hall on Tuesday as a crowd filled the council chamber past capacity and called on council members to seek law enforcement accountability in the shooting of a 16-year-old who was killed by officers seeking him in connection with an armed carjacking.

Just one day before his 17th birthday, James Rivera's life ended Thursday after a police pursuit in a stolen van.

His sister, Shanikka Rivera, could not hold back tears as she addressed the council.

"OK, he was bad," Rivera said. "Why couldn't you just tase him? ... Why couldn't I see him on his birthday? Why he couldn't see another day?"

No one feels sorry for that idiot kid who was a criminal, and a escapee. His parents obviously failed miserably in raising him. And now they wanna make a fuss, a money-grab via lawsuit, no doubt.

The reporter of this article should reconsider her tactics of making the bad guy seem like a victim.

He basicely got what he deserved. Had he not escape from jail, he most likely would be alive today.

'Oprah' Ratings Continue to Plummet

Oprah is having one tough summer.

In the week ending July 18, CBS Television Distribution's The Oprah Winfrey Show sunk to an all-time ratings low for the third time in five weeks, dropping 13% from the prior week to a 2.8 live plus same day household average, according to Nielsen Media Research. That almost moved Oprah out of syndie's top-ten, tying for overall ninth place with CTD's Inside Edition and reruns of the off-net hour CSI: New York. Compared to last year at this time, Oprah is down 20%.

That said, Oprah, which was in repeats all week except for Monday, remained the top talker for the 585th week in a row, according to CTD.

Meanwhile, the fortunes of access magazines rose while those of actor Mel Gibson fell, as recordings of him hurling profanities and threats at his ex-girlfriend spread across the Internet.

One of the main reasons her ratings are dropping to an all time low is because of her support for Obama. And I'm sure you all know why she does that.

Where is all the oil?

Where is all the oil? Nearly two weeks after BP finally capped the biggest oil spill in U.S. history, the oil slicks that once spread across thousands of miles of the Gulf of Mexico have largely disappeared. Nor has much oil washed up on the sandy beaches and marshes along the Louisiana coast. And the small cleanup army in the Gulf has only managed to skim up a tiny fraction of the millions of gallons of oil spilled in the 100 days since the Deepwater Horizon rig went up in flames.

I have said it over and over! And I'll say it again! The American people need to stand up to this crap! America is not run by judges and courts! It's run by the American people! The will of the people! Or at least it's suppose to be.

Something must be done to put a leash on judges. One idiots opinion should not be a final ruling or made law. Liberal judges are what caused us to break away from the tyranny of Brittain years ago. It's all happening again.

Can you believe sheriff deputy said this, knowing he's on tape?

"I am a non-believer. There is no God. There is no Jesus. There is no Satan," shouted a New Mexico sheriff's deputy as he ran off loud Christian protesters outside a Rob Zombie concert.

Bernalillo County Sheriff Deputy Jim Goff's July 17 comments were captured in the following video footage and posted on YouTube by a street-preaching group:

Goff, an 18-year veteran deputy, was ordering the protesters to leave a sidewalk outside a pavilion in Albuquerque where the heavy-metal concert was scheduled to take place. He said the area was private property belonging to Hard Rock Casino and threatened to take the protesters to jail unless they vacated the area.

As a peace officer myself, I can tell you that those officers violated the rights of those peaceful protesters. They should be fired and possibly sued in civil lawsuits.
