Yesterday the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals dismissed the legal challenge to Obamacare filed by the Commonwealth of Virginia. Supporters of Obamacare are touting it as a major victory, but I see it as another reason to continue the hard work of Huck PAC and the Team Huck family. Now more than ever we need to increase our efforts to elect Republicans to every office in America.

We need to keep the U.S. House in Republican hands and take control of the U.S. Senate and the White House. That is how we will get rid of Obamacare. It is clear that we can't rely on liberal courts to strike down the health care law. So it is up to you and me to elect conservatives all across this land, who believe in conservative principles and will fight to repeal bad laws like Obamacare.

Group Calls to Ban Pledge of Allegiance at Massachusetts Schools, Citing No Educational Value

A leader from a group in Massachusetts is calling on public schools in one town to ban students from reciting the Pledge of Allegiance, saying it has no educational value and the pressure it places on children to participate makes his “skin crawl,” The Boston Globe reported.

Martin Rosenthal, the co-chair of Brookline Political Action for Peace, or Brookline Pax, told the paper the pledge puts “kids in an uncomfortable situation” and doesn’t belong in schools.

Someone should slap some sense into this unpatriotic idiot. It's atheist idiots like this who are constantly filing frivolous law suits against schools. And are always defeated by good people like us.

The pledge is good for kids, because it builds a sense of patriotism and an understanding that we as a nation are under God. The under GOD part is what all these idiots hate.

As parents, take a stand! Make sure your child's school says the pledge and is proud to do so.

Rush Limbaugh predicts: Marco Rubio will be president

PALM BEACH, Fla. – Even though he's not running for the presidency and may not even be eligible for it, U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio of Florida will someday hold the highest office in the land, according to talk-radio host Rush Limbaugh.

The top-rated political analyst made the prediction this afternoon while making a point about sticking to candidates with conservative purity instead of promoting moderate Republicans.

"You want conservative purity," said Limbaugh, "I'll give it to you: Marco Rubio, who is someday going to be president of the United States."

While we here at TWAU agree with most of what Rush says most of the time. We disagree that Rubio will ever be president of the United States. At this point, we are just about ready to support and back (R) Rick Perry for president.

Cyber-bullying, is it really bullying?

I wanted to touch on the topic of Cyber-Bullying or at least the made up word. The word cyber-bullying much like the word homophobic isn't a real thing. No one can be bullied over a computer, a phone or anything like that. True bullying can only take place in person. If someone is receiving email or text messages they don't want, they can simply block that person or change a phone number.

Don't allow the liberals to create new made up terms and laws to enforce them. They only strip Americans of their rights. What if people who preach the gospel online speak truth of the evil of homosexuality and abortions. And someone decided to call that cyber-bullying? Do you see the dangers of making up new words for things that don't exist?

You watch TV and see celebrities speaking out against cyber-bullying, just goes to show how dumb celebrities really are. Half the things they advocate and endorse are because they are paid to do so.

What about the story a while back where the kids were emailing the little girl, telling her to kill herself? She ended up doing it Is what I heard. Was that Cyber-bullying? NO, what we had there was a clear case of bad parenting, and an unstable child. If someone emailed my kids with messages like that, They would show me and delete it. That's what stable minded kids with good parents do.

Gay History Referendum Faces Uphill Battle

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — At churches, shopping centers, schools, and local tea party meetings in California, fired-up volunteers have started gathering signatures for a ballot referendum that would repeal the nation’s first law requiring public schools to include prominent gay people and gay rights’ milestones in school lessons.

Organizers of the Stop SB48 campaign– Senate Bill 48 was the law approved by the California Legislature and signed by Gov. Jerry Brown in July — are telling would-be voters the new mandate would inappropriately expose young children to sex, infringe on parental rights and silence religion-based criticisms of homosexuality. Those are talking points successfully used by proponents of Proposition 8, the 2008 ballot measure that banned same-sex marriage in California.

Friends, this wicked law signed by Jerry Brown must be reversed! Please donate as much as you can to the band of conservatives who are trying to right this wrong. We here at TWAU have donated a substantial amount as well.

This is yet, another reason to home school your children. Not only do we have the kidnappings, the violence, but now we have to fear the crap that public schools are teaching our kids!!

The homosexuality movement must be beat back into the ground, those who live this type of perverted lifestyle pushed back into their closets so to speak. TV shows that advocate it not watched any more.

This is a sick sin, and it needs to be dealt with. Publicly voice your opposition to homosexuality, Never use sayings like, "I'm ok with it, as long as they don't try to get with me" No, my friends your mind set should be like: "Even though it's out there, I will never accept/condone/or advocate it" That's how GOD wants you to respond.
