“Honor Killing” Dad Secretly Taped Girls

On New Year’s Day 2008, two Texas teenagers Amina and Sarah Said were shot dead, their bloodied bodies left in a taxi cab. The alleged shooter: their father Yaser Said.

In fact, Sarah appears to identify her Dad as the murderer in a 9-11 call – her dying words.

For more than two years the Fox News Reporting team has been following this story and the search for Yaser Said, who vanished the night of the murders.

We learned this dark tale began long before the girls were born. Their mother Patricia married the Egyptian-born Said when she was only 15 years old. She says her husband violently abused her during their 20-year marriage.

Over the course of our investigation, Fox News’ Gregg Jarrett and I made multiple trips to Texas, taping hours of interviews with investigators, relatives and family friends.

We also obtained never-before-broadcast video of the girls that was secretly shot by their father. In light of what happened to Amina and Sarah, it’s extremely disturbing footage.

One of two Republicans challenging former wrestling CEO Linda McMahon for the Senate nomination in Connecticut is trying to give his campaign a last-minute kick, posting a new online ad that shows his opponent repeatedly striking a guy in the groin.

I'm not saying I'm a Linda McMahon supporter, especially if she supports Obama in any way, shape, or form. But I don't think it's right for her opponents to use wrestling clips in ads against her.

Wrestling is entertainment, show-business! And I'm sure she is very proud of the work she has done in it. As she should be. Not to mention that people probably like her more, when they show those ads. After all, everyone loves the WWE!

Statement On Prop 8 Ruling

Without exception - regardless of political ideology, judges should never legislate from the bench. Marriage has always been defined as being between one man and one woman. In fact, state after state has voted to uphold the definition of marriage whenever the question has been placed on the ballot - but for some reason activist judges keep trying to redefine it.

Today's ruling tramples on the will of the people and sadly, it seems judicial activists are determined to advance their personal radical agenda. That's why I believe it's time for a federal constitutional amendment that defines marriage as a union between one man and one woman. That is the only action that will truly protect marriage.

Prop 8: Federal judge tosses California voters under bus

A federal judge in California who is reported to be living a homosexual lifestyle today tossed the state's voters under the bus, ruling that they cannot define in their own state constitution that marriage is between one man and one woman only.

The ruling was based on the constitutional provisions for due process and equal protection, and came from Judge Vaughn Walker.

So a judge who lives a homosexual lifestyle wants to crap all over the voters of California? This won't stand! I hope all of California, and all the other states for that matter. Will stand up and demand that the people's voice be upheld!

One gay judge isn't going to tell us what's constitutional and what isn't. Gods Word and his laws are what we go by in America! That's what is constitutional!

AZ SHERIFF: 'OUR OWN GOVERNMENT HAS BECOME OUR ENEMY'

(CNSNews.com) – Pinal County (Ariz.) Sheriff Paul Babeu is hopping mad at the federal government.

Babeu told CNSNews.com that rather than help law enforcement in Arizona stop the hundreds of thousands of people who come into the United States illegally, the federal government is targeting the state and its law enforcement personnel.

“What’s very troubling is the fact that at a time when we in law enforcement and our state need help from the federal government, instead of sending help they put up billboard-size signs warning our citizens to stay out of the desert in my county because of dangerous drug and human smuggling and weapons and bandits and all these other things and then, behind that, they drag us into court with the ACLU,” Babeu said.

Virginia Attorney General Rules Police Can Check Immigration Status

In a decision that could lay the groundwork for an Arizona-style immigration policy, Virginia's attorney general said state law enforcement officers are allowed to check the immigration status of anyone "stopped or arrested."

Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli issued the legal opinion Friday extending that authority to Virginia police in response to an inquiry over whether his state could mirror the policies passed into law in Arizona.
